The wine has pink grapefruit interlaced with quince aromas, combined with a fresh mineral palate supported by a crisp finish.
2019 was a warm and dry vintage allowing fruit to fully ripen. Our Chardonnay was handpicked from our single block Vineyard.
Hand-picked in March 2019, the fruit was whole bunch pressed, cold settled overnight, and racked to barrel to ferment. No secondary fermentation and matured on lees for 8 months in French hogsheads (30% new) prior to bottling.
