Our 2021 Pinot Noir Rosé displays mouthwatering aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and soft hints of lemon peel. The consistent follow through lo the palate portrays furl her notes of strawberry with flavours of citrus and red apple. The wine exhibits medium acidity with a textural creamy finish.
viticulture
The 2021 Vintage was strongly influenced by a very cool and damp 2019 November, followed by further wet and cold conditions throughout the vintage. This inevitably led to smaller yields and favoured early varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot. Our Rosé was hand harvested from the Pinot Noir variety of our single block Yarra Valley Vineyard.

Grapes were gently whole bunch pressed. Juice was racked clear and then inoculated with a selected yeast and fermented at cool temperatures to produce a fresh crisp style Rosé.
