We’re a Jewish family based in Melbourne, proudly producing award-winning wines from our Yarra Valley vineyard since 1998 under the Hirsch Hill brand.
Now, we’ve created something different—with the guidance of Kosher Australia, we are proud to introduce our first-ever Kosher wine.
Our goal? To redefine the possibilities for Kosher Wine and produce a modern expression of Kosher winemaking.
