A seductive bouquet of dark fruits, black olive and dark chocolate is followed by a palate of cherry, savoury and cedar characters, all well-supported by silky soft tannins.
Our wines are produced with 100% estate grown and hand harvested fruit, offering a unique taste of the northern end of the Yarra Valley region.
Crushed, de-stemmed and cold soaked for two days prior to inoculation with a Rhone strain yeast. Fermented in an open pot fermenter and matured in new (30%) and seasoned French hogsheads for 18 months.
