Our Legal Obligations

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

    • To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19,000)
    • For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $800)

You must not order or purchase alcohol from us:

    • If you are aged under 18;
    • With the intention to re-sell (all goods for sale are intended for personal use only)

Wine Refunds & Returns Policy

    • Upon your receipt of payment, your purchased goods will be shipped to your requested address. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
    • For same-day liquor deliveries, the order will not be left unattended unless explicitly indicated by the customer. If such indication is not received, unattended orders will be returned to your local post office for collection. All liquor orders must be delivered to a person unless the recipient provides written agreement.
    • Delivery can take between 2-10 working days.
    • Returns will only be accepted within a period of 7 days of goods being received. Returns will be granted only if goods were not received in fair condition. Returns need to be notified in writing, and the cost of redelivery will be covered by Hirsch Hill Estate.
    • Hirsch Hill will provide a full refund for any product confirmed to not to be in fair condition. 
    • Returns should be shipped to Hirsch Hill Estate, P.O. box 6741, Melbourne VIC 3004

Gift Voucher & Code Policy:

    • Gift vouchers or codes are redeemable online for eligible Hirsch Hill Estate products
    • Gift vouchers and codes are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired certificates cannot be transferred or extended.
    • Gift vouchers are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
